On Glenwood north of Farwell Avenue

12pm - 8pm: Beer Garden, Pretzels, Cookie Decorating, Facepainting, Jumping Jacks, 50-50 Raffle


On Glenwood south of Lunt Avenue

Live Music Dancing, Beer Flights, Dancing Lessons, 50-50 Raffle

12pm - 2pm: K104.3 Hits

3pm: Pickle-Eating Contest

4pm - 6pm: Die Musikmeisters

6pm: Beer Stein Holding Contest

7pm: Pint Chug Contest

7:30pm: 50-50 Raffle Drawing

Contests

All contests are $5.00 each. Advance registration is available by emailing OR people can register at the Greeting Table at the event on Sunday.


Official Beer Stein Holding (Masskrugstemmen) Contest Rules

  1. Spill the beer = disqualification!
  2. Lift the stein straight out, parallel to the floor or ground.
  3. Last person standing, holding their beer stein straight out WINS!!

Official Pickle-Eating Contest Rules

  1. The contest will last five minutes.
  2. At the beginning and end of the contest, contestants must place their hands flat down on top of the table.
  3. The pickles will be pre-arranged in bowls.  The bowls and pickles have all been weighed so that all contestants have the same amount of pickles.
  4. The contest will begin and end when the whistle is blown.
  5. Contestants may eat pickles sitting or standing.
  6. Contestants caught eating pickles before the official start or after the official end of the contest will be disqualified.
  7. Contestants must be able to consume and keep down the pickles until the end of the contest.  Any regurgitation or vomiting or spitting pickles out will result in disqualification.
  8. Contestants caught trying to illegally dispose of pickles/pickle remains will be disqualified.
  9. At the end of the contest, any pickles in the contestants’ mouth must be swallowed within 15 seconds.
  10. After the ending whistle sounds, the remaining pickles will be weighed. The person who has the lowest weight of remaining pickles will win.
  11. In the event of a tie, there will be another contest lasting two minutes to determine the winner.
